Hi, I’m Dina — an illustrator, lettering artist, and calligrapher crafting story-driven visuals for publishing, editorial, and brands.
My superpower is building type + image as one unified system. I design them together from the start so covers read instantly (thumbnail or shelf), hit the right emotional note, and carry strong series potential. I approach every project as a problem-solving partner: translating theme, tone, and audience into a clear, cohesive visual language that performs in real-world layouts.
I specialize in book covers for Cookbooks, Inspirational, Historical Romance, Women’s Fiction, Romance / Romcom / Romantasy, YA, and Literary Psychological Crime. Expect bold yet approachable characters, simplified forms, warm modern palettes, and custom hand-drawn lettering that supports — and elevates — the story, rather than just sitting on top.
I also create illustrated maps for magazines, travel, hospitality, and place-based storytelling: functional, charming, clarity-first designs with real atmosphere.
Calligraphy remains a core part of my practice — I’ve performed live and spoken at the United Nations as part of its cultural programming, and I teach workshops while creating custom commissions (family trees, marriage certificates, keepsake pieces) in which words become heirlooms.

When I’m not at my desk, you’ll find me flying a paramotor or traveling with my husband and our two daughters.
